IMO suck it up, get it done at once and sip through a straw
why feel shitty twice if you don't have to? plus if you go in twice, you're paying for anesthesia twice. they said some people can't handle all that work at once so they offer splitting it up...i asked if i had to pay anesthesia twice they're like of course...I'm like

IIRC (mind you I did this like 15 years ago) it was something like $200-300 for sedation and then $150-300 per tooth depending on difficulty of extraction. i had to be referred to a specialist to do the work.
