I feel for you OP. I have a big phobia of injections and of the dentist (tied together, my teeth are soft as fuck = lots of cavities as a child). This last two weeks I've been dealing with lots of tooth pain. But I'm not so beat down to accept help yet.
I'd need full general anesthesia. Knock me the fuck out so I don't wake up for a week
