He's was the guy with the two girls in that burnt forest who were running away from this group. They bumped into Daryl and stole his stuff. Daryl had the chance to kill them, but his soft spot got to him. At one point Daryl was going to take them back to Alexandria, but those fuckers jacked his shit instead.
