Spoiler! Way too many bouncing arcs. Way too many new characters intro'd. WW didn't do anything in most of the movie. There wasn't even really a story behind her. Other than Superman and Batman, there was like no character development. Red head lois lane?! WTF batman using guns? I don't think this would be canon Batman or Superman if it wasn't for their brand.
