Spoon Kitchen: 3/10
Little cousins gave us a groupon to Spoon Kitchen in Kits for xmas. Their intentions were in the right place, but the food on their '9-course tasting menu' was mostly pretty bad.
Besides the opening papaya salad, pretty much everything else that wasn't deep fried, was extremely greasy. The main fish course was breaded, fried, then covered in a sickly sweet sauce. Mee goreng I am pretty sure they sauced with your standard table ketchup.
Calamari was pretty decent, the batter stuck to it well and was tender. Roti canai was fine, but hard to mess that up.
