Anyone collecting Alaska Airlines miles?

How's the program in term of award redemption?

I was with UA/*A, then shifted to AA/OW... but after the severe devaluation, it no longer makes much sense to collect their miles. I'm now thinking switching to Alaska.

One thing I'm going to miss are the lounge access from alliances... but who the fuck cares about lounges when I barely use them anymore (I tend to arrive basically the absolute last minute so I can head almost straight to gate)
