Okay not exactly a credit card point post
But was wondering about upgrading with Asia miles from prem economy to business.

On FT forums the guide says I have to call Cathay sales to hold the seats then call Asia miles to redeem then call back Cathay to pay then call Asia miles with the ticket number.
Seems like a long damn process.
Can anyone confirm?
