CX was the reason I'm planning on jumping ship.
Fucking airline alliances no longer seem to appreciate our loyalty (or lol-yalty)... and I know it's not much comparing to other true frequent flyers, but I ended spending over 20k USD in 2015 between me and my wife on flights.
I think 2016 is my last year with AA, after I get EXP by summer and burn all the SWU in early 2017, I'm done. I will just travel on the cheapest J I can find from there on.
And on the side-note... airlines should really try to make Y more tolerable. I have been traveling strictly in J for any flight longer than 6hrs from mid-2015. The recent changes on Y are making travel in Y like sardine cans, and my fuck'd up back is not helping in this issue.
