Heck, heritage building condos in Gastown or Railtown are going for $900/ft. Most places are going for $100K over asking! since very few mainlanders buy in gastown, it is driven by regular Vancourites.

YT is now going for over a $1000/ft. DT condo market is heating up after years of mediocre growth.
And on the topic of DT condos, my realtor claimed a lot of condos in DT are not going into multiple offers, had him pull recent sales and almost all had multiple offers on them and going $50k+ over.
