Tweaked my lower back doing barbell rows, always happens when I get near my rep max

Hopefully should be fine by Sat. Had to skip squats today, did leg press instead

Adding fasted cardio on non workout days has stabilized the weight gain - I still eat like a mofo and weight is climbing but my waistline isn't
