Kelowna - I like raudz for top spot in Kelowna , waterfront wines is good, smack dab is also good. If you're into salamis and such check out salted brick (also have meal items as well).
Wineries are good if you're doing a tour of the place. Good food too. (Mission Hill, quails gate, and summer hill would be my top 3.
