I think ESV is good. The guy that helped me explained everything. Told me what wattage to run at and how that causes the voltage range to variate and why those voltages mean. Higher than x.x causes too much burning while lower than x.x causes juice flooding.

He also offered to teach more about self building (cotton stuff) if i have time or drop by anytime as well as how temp control works for different kinds of coils etc. Or consult youtube.

Filled up my juice and gave me tips to cover the air hole before tightening etc. Overall very helpful.

However when I bought the exact same one for someone else at esv at a different day, I was explained less. Was told to run at a different higher wattage. Didn't even know of different coil settings. But at the same time, I can see i was pegged as vape newb and probably didnt want to overload me with info, which I can understand as the ideal case for many casual users. Hobbyists already know their shit.

With that said, i think all the reps were chill and are the type that if asked, they would be very willing to take to help in depth.
