I think the best way to answer your question is what it will cost.
I don't recall if RMR Suspensions can rebuild them or not (again, best to ask.) You will have to factor in your labour and time to remove the old shocks and your down time while they're in for repair.
I know there are a few authorized shops in California who can rebuild them for a reasonable cost, but remember, the dollar is no longer at par, so some food for thought.
