Yes Zemo was the best part of the movie. Finally we get a villain who WINS! To top it off its a villain who doesn't have any super powers per say but just has a plan that no one else has been able to pull off, pitting the avengers against each other. I kind of hope they dont bring zemo back as he more or less did what he wanted in having the avengers be broken (by killing the other winter soldiers he kind of put it that way).
