If I ride long, I put a fizzie tab in my water bottle, helps with getting rehydrated. I carb up a few days before too and pack something with a lot of nuts in it. Roasted almonds are amazing.

I crave deep fried food after a nice sprint. Dunno why. I usually try to avoid those cravings.
