Anyone here grow veg/flowers in their garden?
I just got into this hobby and having big problems with black vine weevil eating all my cyclamens (flowers). I have begonias together with them but it seems the cyclamen flower got eaten the most.
I have started coming out at night and squish them together with the slugs but feeling like it's a losing battle. I tried the nermatodes from home depot but doesn't seem to slow them. Shit is not cheap either (like 30 bucks). I notice that this plague start after I mulch the 2 trees nearby with cedar pieces. Could this be the problem. I'm tempted to spray the mulch with nermatodes but not sure if that would do jack shit.
