This city has no community, which is so clear why this situation has been able to happen, we're apathetic, we don't hold our government accountable because there is simply no community in this city. I agree for the most part, but don't paint everyone with the same brush. There are some people who genuinely do care about those they have never met.
It's just that we are stuck working 60 hours a week to afford to live here so it makes taking action so hard.
