I regret not being able to catch up...between building a career and the daily nuances of life, I'd always thought I'd call you up sometime to catch up. I mean who'd have thought I'd never see you again?

I'll never forget the times you've bailed me out of trouble and all those times you had my back. All the shit we pulled, the stupid shit we got away with. I'm honestly still in disbelief...like i'm expecting a text or a call saying it was all a prank, or misunderstanding....you sonova bitch, it's just too early to clock out.
Rest in peace...it feels odd saying that. Like saying happy birthday to someone months before their actual birthday. It doesn't feel like it's time, you know? It just feels surreal.
