I agree with underscore. I'm not familiar with AMD processors, but when you buy Intel it comes with integrated video so you can actually look up benchmarks on them. They don't game well but they should be able to process video fine. I also think playing a video is more cpu based anyways.
I would build a box with a decent cpu and without a GPU. If you really need one later you can add one (if the case/mobo allows it).
