that's dan inosanto, one of bruce lee's few remaining actual students (and iirc he taught bruce FMA as well). i saw a video of him showing a drill that he did "slowly" for teaching, holy fuck that looked like full speed and fast to me but it was slow for him
he did it at "normal" speed and it was faaaaaaast
