yep, one by my house is a school/park zone. 30km/h dawn to dust and people seem to forget that it isn't just during school hours.
it's right in front of the police station too but they never stop anyone.
I've had people pass me on the double solid yellow because I was going 30km/h around 4pm. like seriously?
