Shouldn't it be the ball is closer to the left = more room to grow?

So, if you have 2 Pikachus, both at 100CP

Pikachu A ---o--------------------
Pikachu B ------------------o----- <--- less room to hit max CP = not as good.

Pikachu A in this case hasn't even reached 50% of his max CP, so it should be stronger at the end.

Unless I had it backwards all along???!?!?!!?
