I find the csc is used mainly for financial service rep.

Don't you have to work your way up from csr/teller then get the fsr postion which requires the csc.
I can't even get a csr call center job or teller job. I had an interview at cibc for skip tracer postion but didn't get it.
I had a phobe interview for call center job but didn't get called in for face to face interview.
They ask you a lot tricky csr scenario questions.
An example
Give me an example when you had difficult customer and how did you deal with it.
barrier to entry of CSR is dealing with people and having a minimum level of intelligence / ability to problem solve.

education isn't your problem, your interview responses / lack of experience dealing with people appears to be the problem.
