Tellers are the banks front line, i would say that, they look for people who smile, is friendly, no criminal record (this is a given), is able to talk to people with out getting nervous, and is able to adapt to different customers. Well that is what i look for when i'm hiring staff for my front desk (hotel). Gain some customer experience before applying again.
