Best bet for Surrey 24/7 is Timmies, Mcdonalds, 7/11(yes, they now serve hot food on go like pizzas, wings etc). The latest pho place that closes late I believe is Pho99 on Fraser & 152 or It's All About Pho on kg and 102 ave.

for Pizza late night, Uncle Fatih's by Surrey Central Stn is open until 2 am.
