5000 sqft lot.. nice place but 2.4M was a stretch and I'd bet the sellers knew it.
I have a 13000 sqft lot and would list for less than the new price. Anyone with half a brain knows the value is in the land, not the structure.
My opinion is the price drop isn't related to the recent tax news.
