True, it could go that way. But I'm hoping to highlight some issues with the unit that will hopefully drive the point that investors won't be crazy about (and to be honest, won't even bother to investigate). Also tug on the heartstrings a bit saying it's been my home for the last 5 years, money's tight, etc. etc. Fingers crossed.

Yup, as soon as they started writing "Let us know if we could meet your Real Estate needs" a little angel should have popped up on their shoulder telling them to back off. But then, being Realtors, they probably squished that guy ages ago.
