Now I've run into another really frustrating issue with my own personal build.

The computer will power cycle nonstop till no end before posting the first time I power up every day until I shut it off via power supply, then after a few seconds when I turn the PSU power back on and start it up, no issues.
I've checked everything, removed all the hardware, same thing. I can see it shuts off before posting as the numerical LED post codes on the mobo haven't lit up yet. I have no idea what the problem could be, the PSU is totally fine as I've tried it on other PCs without a hitch. Any idea? |
Try turning off the fast boot option in the BIOS.
