Although I've run into another problem. Windows Update hangs, I've tried all the software solutions provided by Microsoft and stuff people have said to do online to no avail, not sure why it just hangs on "checking for updates"
Also, related to Windows Update not working, I cannot find any drivers for these things either through Gigabyte's website or Windows Update given that it doesn't work...and I'm pretty certain that these devices not working may be the cause of Windows Update not working properly no matter what I try to get it to work...

It's a clean install. There's going to be heaps of updates. It's not likely hanging but checking for a ton of updates. If you leave it checking for a day, then it might be hanging. But on my fresh installs, it can take hours.
