I don't know about you guys but I'm okay with my rhd itr. You actually do get used to it believe it or not.
Only down sides I had so far would be the parking booths.. nothing beats a good stretch for the other side! And as for left turns, I either look under the vehicles to see if any are coming my way or just wait for red
