Its not 100%, and that's not good enough. We have our 2 kids and we are happy. My sister had 2 kids on the IUD so not interested in that.

#1 concern I hear from most guys, jokingly or not, is "will I be able to nutt on her still?", and yes, you dont shoot dust. Ejaculate still comes out. Only about 5% of what you bust is in fact semen.
