I agree that the damage is minor but still, why should I have to suffer with an imperfection on my car for someone else's mistake.

I am up for second chances though, if this goes through ICBC he's most likely going to be in a lot of shit and probably not going to be driving for a very long time. I don't want to be the one to do that to someone but he will have to be willing to pay.

Will probably seek a dollar amount. If he refuses then I will seek ICBC's help.

If I get canadian pricing for the a-spec lip its going to be like 700 bucks before install. US pricing i can get for 500 cad plus install so probably 700 total.
