I thought 1br den for 1000 was actually alright compared to the stupidity around metrotown
My buddy sold his place in the tower above the old Best Buy, rents back from the foreign buyers who he sold to, he pays $1900 for a 1br den there and I've seen 2br/2 bath around metro in the newer towers for 2200+
