It's almost too late for Squamish. Prices have gone up a tonne, and they have started developing the place like crazy. I know it's still good for those who have been living there for 20 years to finally have a Walmart and Boston pizza lol. But gvrd people have gotten desperate and moved out farther and farther.
I'd move there tomorrow if I was more willing to deal with trying to get to north van/downtown just to get to Richmond where all my friends/family is
