Not looking for a quick-fix. This condition plagued me for years so I'm not in a hurry.

I wish it was as simple as that so I can just avoid spicy food. However, my problem is when it affects me when its hot. For example, during July and August in Hong Kong, I cannot wear anything beyond wife beaters simply because when its too hot I would have to be scratching my head and body the whole time.

I can't avoid wearing a suit or normal clothes in the summer for the rest of my life. Well I can, but I'd look stupid scratching myself.

can this be a heat rash?
