So if you have to renew your passport, you just have to update GOES.

Got new passport, updated on GOES, went across both land and air multiple times since with zero problems.

Thanks for the info. In both your cases, did your passports have a different issuing office? That's my issue in that I can't modify that part. Otherwise everything else can update fine on GOES.

Anyways like I said, I'm heading to the airport in a few weeks so I'll inquire at the office there.
