Yea I was waiting out to get a new MBP for these but I think I'm just going to get a refurb.
Price is just too outrageous $4.5K for the 15" with apple care and taxes

After thinking about it more, I usually have my macbook on my stand with a keyboard + mouse so I'd really only ever use the Touchbar when I'm not working on my desk.
