IIRC
-transfer station only takes like 1-2 sheets of brand new drywall with date stamp
-landfill doesn't need date stamp or testing if double bagged in 6mil poly
-private recyclers will take new and old sheets as long as they have date stamp
-old drywall with illegible date stamp, you will need to get an asbestos test for $100ish for the private recyclers

As for 6 mil bags, I guess you're stuck buying online.
