also note colder weather means less mileage for the reasons you've listed (defrosting + longer o2 sensor heating times) but also because many fuel stations need to switch to a winter blend which always results in less fuel economy.

the biggest factor is your driving habits/routes imo.

ps I would also start with the air filter as part of maintenance but I dont believe there is anything wrong with your vehicle
