I didn't even break mine. When I had the Iphone 5s. I just did the whole online thing saying WiFi always cuts in and out. Did thier online troubleshooting and didn't help. Went in store and reset my phone. Then I complain and went back in a week later saying I still have the same issue. The guy just gave me a new phone. To be honest though there was no dents or stretch on it. I just wanted to use the applecare since I pay for it and is about to expire mind as well get a new phone.

But honestly I don't think I will ever buy another iphone. With the 3.5mm headphone ack gone I think it was a mistake. I don't use bluetooth headphones (Hate charting it and also audio quality isn't as good as some of the weird headphones). Also with wired headphones there are more selection to pick from. I also don't want use their lighting to 3.5mm cable it seems like they jsut did it to make you pay for it once the included one is broken.
