and in addition, those people who feel like they need to zip around with their high beams on at all times... it hurts my eyes... (even after I flip the rear view mirror it still comes at me via side mirrors)
The most recent one really really drove me nuts, it was a 2016 Civic and this dude had his high beams on two cars behind me. Like the newer cars already have pretty decent head lamp optics, this dude's high beams were ridiculous. We were going up the Cut on Hwy 1, I kept right and let him pass me and I gave him a couple flashes to remind him, but it's like he was completely oblivious.
Nothing changed.
I am actually surprised, lately, at the amount of cars I bring in at work with the high beams already switched on, when I do the light checks.
