Seared Cariboo Tenderloin. Pinot Noir Jus. Sweet Peas Couscous. Really tender and mildly gamey. I wish it was more gamey though, as I feel like the wild gamey flavours sets it apart from other meats that could be had regularly. Not mind blowing but really solid dish. 9/10
Service was garbage as usual. Not sure why I insist on tipping a cent more than 10% each time despite subpar service.
Except the food there is actually edible.

^^ The black truffle pasta was the special right? Should have mentioned it was crap in my previous post, but at least they were pretty generous on the truffle. And yea, what's up with their service nowadays =(
