I mean I could be wrong, this is a complex show. I'm actually a little upset that he ending up being Arnold 2.0. Much rather have had Arnold being this hidden person who wasn't really dead in the park.
One could argue that he still is hidden in the park with the backdoor codes hes written in some of the hosts like Maeve and Teddy etc. Was just hopping for a wizard of oz man behind the curtain moment.
