so last weekend some friends and i went up to whistler for sunday overnight, and ski on the monday. 4 of us are fairly noobish, and 1 is a seasoned vet. now i've only ever been to whistler on weekends in peak season, so i was all worried and anxious about line ups, rentals (for my buddies) and all that jazz...
we left the lodge a bit late, but there was
not a single soul in front of us in the guest services OR the rental place. so fucking amazing. i dont think i could ever go there again on a weekend.
