The freezer is warm as it appears the evaporator coils are not working. I hope that's what the coils are called...(Not a technician in refrigerators).
As shown on the image, there are two areas that are burnt (Burnt area 1+2) which leads me to believe it's the coils. How am I supposed to remove this entire part and replace, I've made a circle highlight on the image and that area is glued shut tight...
Anyone have any thoughts or could lead me to the right direction?

1- carefully lift fridge and move to side of house/garage (assistance will be required to lift)
replace:
1- drive to your nearest appliance shop such as Sears and request assistance from store associate to help you identify a replacement fridge and organize delivery and pick up of old.
