That's on the hill (the plateau). Lived there in '06 (?) during the INSANE snow. City sent a backhoe to dig our street out (after the plows got stuck trying to get in.), seen guys with pick up trucks, 4x4 with chains and a box full of snow get stuck and stay home from work (as well as various mercedes/lexus in front yards/front of houses).
There was 6" near coquitlam center, about 2 feet on the hill that year. I imagine it is similar now, that hill will always look bad during snowfall.
