You need to find the part number for the pot first, and if you bought it in Canada, call Panasonic Canada and see where you could order a replacement. However, it can be $$$ from my exp.
My Zoji had some fancy stuff on its pot and when I was looking, the CDN subsidiary didn't have that model here, but they said the particular mode was 12000yen+shipping (roughly 100USD) in Japan, which didn't make any sense because the whole unit cost me 3xxxx yen when I bought it.
If you want the same replacement I got, you need to have someone coming from Taiwan or in Taiwan to mail it to you. The brand is Buffalo and they offer a wide variety of models and it's about 80USD when I got mine. You can find them:

They do have a rep in USA, but I don't see them offering the replacement pots, so chances are they didn't bring it over, but you could try calling them.
