Don't give internet / cable out if you are sharing and not that tech inclined (ie cannot control QoS etc).. most people that would rent in that area are millennials and will have data plans anyways. I have seen too many renters abuse internet use.. do you really need to run BT 24/7 at full blast?

only downside is the ceiling height isnt great at just under 7 feet..
still thinking should be able to get 1500+ with all utilities, cable/internet included
