Nobody would treat you with sass because of what you tip. They don't know what you are tipping until they already gave you the service. They probably just don't like dealing with miserable people.
What is a 1/8th glass? Where are you going that you are getting a 1oz pour of wine for 14 bucks? You must be ballin....
