I use them. Specifically these from Amazon since March last year:

Every night before bed while watching YouTube vids on my phone lol. I noticed it helps me fall asleep 'easier'

If I do the same without the glasses, i find it more difficult to sleep / my sleep gets disrupted and i wake up in the middle of the night
